We Believe & Follow

We believe in one God the Father, and one Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that the Father sent His Son to be the Saviour of the world. We believe that Jesus the Messiah died for our sins and was raised by the Father on the third day. We believe that anyone who calls on the name of the Lord can be saved and receive the Holy Sprit. We believe that Jesus will come again to restore all things. We believe that the Bible is the Word of God.

Who Are We?


Bread of Refuge Ministry is a Non-Profit Organization focusing on providing meals to those in need. We are located at 521 Wilbur Street in Brandon, Florida. We offer services that include warm daily meals for the homeless community as well as a food pantry that distributes assorted food items daily to those in need. We also provide a thrift store for affordable shopping. Please see our Service Page for Details.

Our mission statement is to feed and cloth the poor in our community and to bring hope and value to every life. The heart of Bread of Refuge is to have compassion on all. We believe no one should go hungry. We strive to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of the community bringing hope and love to all.
